Summary

I have no intention to make deep customizations to improove thermal conditions of the 4max printer like moving wires and feeder inside and closing the top side. However I noticed that if to make some more or less minimal changes, like print caps for all service holes (bottom ventilation, side handles, motor, usb, wires) and use hermetic to close corner gaps it is possible to improove thermal mode a lot.
With the raiser for top hole I can improve thermal conditions a little bit more and all this totgether is sufficient for what I printing.
