Summary
With this model you can turn your boring (round shaped) ceiling light into a cool icicles lamp. I have used colorless transparent filament, but any other transparent filament should do, too.
Import the STL into your slicer and scale it to the size you need. In my case (see the photos enclosed), I have printed icicles for a lamp with 253.5 mm diameter and border height of 3 mm.
For attaching the icicles to your lamp, you need some double-sided adhesive tape. Make sure it is transparent or, alternatively, use short pieces of tape which you stick under the icicles so they cannot be seen.

Notes:
The model has a tendency to cause stringing. I recommend to optimize temperature and retract settings before printing the icicles.
Print without infill, but increase the wall thickness to something between 3 - 4 mm. Use tree-shaped support structures for the overhanging parts of the icicles.
How I Designed This
Watch the video https://youtu.be/1EUiaBeG0os?si=D02WPFmsyXRYddc0 from DefaultCube to see how I created the icicles. Play with the settings in the enclosed Blender file to create the icicles lamp of your choice.
