Most portable amateur radio antenna are guyed; i.e. they have supporting ropes from the antenna to the ground.  I had a new fiberglass antenna mast that did not come with the guy lines or a guy ring for tying off the lines, so I made a ring that was both the ring and a holder that you could wrap the guy lines around for storage.  That's why this part looks like a combination of a standard guy ring and kite rope handle.

The original is in TinkerCAD so you can easily modify the dimensions/hole sizes to suit your system.  Note that this is Guy Ring #3 - there are two other, more standard Guy Rings out on TinkerCAD that I designed that might also work for you.
