Remixed the original top case as I couldn't get the screen centered and flat to the print while blind soldering.  Tested this on 3 prints and they all centered nicely and keeps the screen flat.  If you use a different OLED screen than the one used, then this may or may not work.  I tried to keep the tolerances open to fit potential variances to screen types.  Hope it works for everyone.  This was printed vertically as that was the only way to avoid a ton of supports that could mar the print. 

This is only the Top STL that was remixed.  The other parts can be printed from the original files (bottom, 2x buttons). 

(Note: I tried using the recommended cap head screws and that just did not work for me.  I used some m2x4 flat head phillips head, coarse thread screws.  They are shorter in height overall, but also the coarse thread helps with securing the bottom to the top shell better.)
