Tick head only, based on stills from the animated series. The antennae fit very loosely into a box at the top of the head, where they rattle around if you shake it a bit. I think that's appropriate. If you want to mess around with the antenna model you can reprint it quickly without having to redo the rest of the head.

(Update: (4/27/23) Fixed normals on eyes, head file is now "tick-1_1.stl")

There's a hollow at the base which should be just large enough for the end of a pencil. The head will stand upright as well.

Print slowly and use rafts. The raft will mess up the finish on one surface so I recommend printing it upright. If you choose to print it on its back, the eyes will have a slightly hypnotic pattern of concentric layers.
