I design this key hanger with a small platform for putting random things on top of it. 

The assembly might be a tight fit, might need a little deburring depends on your settings.

I printed in PLA, 15% infill, 2 perimeters. strong enough to hold the keys and light weight stuff.

As for the screws, the diameter is 4mm.
