Brushless DC motor running on capacitor.

This object is for educational and learning purposes.
No magnetic alloys in the rotor or in the stator.
Run easy with no drag, just some diamagnetic forces hold it.
Can run almost 1 hour with a capacitor or small battery.

• 8 coils in the stator, 4 magnets in the rotor.

The OpenSCAD file is there, you can change all.

All you need:

• 4x Magnet (10 x 10 x 3 mm), use neodymium magnets, for the rotor;
• 1x Glass magnetic switch, to mark the steps;
• 1x Enamelled copper wire, more thin, more efficient, for the stator;
• 1x Metallic pin or needle, for the shaft;
• 1x Battery(1.5V 1A) or Capacitor(16v 1000uF), for power supply;

How to build.

• Cut out the support for the central shaft on all
  Motor_Capacitor_Electromagnetic.stl pieces that
  you printed to make the 8 coils.
• All others pieces are printed just 1 time and you do not need change it.
• Wrap all coils in the same direction,
  but reverse the wires in pairs coils when soldering.
• Use the bridge to hold the capacitor.
• Use the rail to adjust the distance for the magnetic switch.
• Use small sleeves in the shaft to adjust the rotor position,
  and to make the rotation free.

More turns in the coils better motor.
