I've been looking for a way to organize the small screws and parts I use when disassembling equipment or tools

There are already some similar products on the market, but they don't meet my needs

So I designed my own system to organize all the small screws and medium-sized parts.

Screw_Tray:This is the basic version of the screw tray

Screw_Tray_Magnetic:This version has a higher base and can insert a 6x1 mm magnet

Screw_Tray_Medium:This is a place to store slightly larger parts. It can also be stacked with ordinary screw trays.

Screw_Tray_XXL:This is similar to a regular screwdriver, but it has more storage space. (It cannot be stacked)

Screw_Tray_Lid:If you need to transport or store the screw tray, you can put the lid on the top unit

You just need to useRubber bandOr something similar to fix the stacked parts

A good idea is to use numbersMark the different compartments... to make the system more organized and orderly

I printed these parts with a 0.6-millimeter nozzle, and the layer height was 0.2 - 0.3 millimeters. A 0.4-millimeter nozzle also works well, and I recommend setting the layer height as low as possible
