I lost the attachments for my vacuum in a move, so I printed new ones.  Tolerances are tight, so you may have to increase or decrease the size by a fraction of a millimeter (or more).  The rectangular piece can be glued to the cylinder for more suction in hard to reach places or flat surfaces.
