The seventh and final thing in my Week of Things, some useful, some just for fun. Thought this would force me to post some of my projects. Most are semi useful/functional and some are purely inspirational.

My RC flying wing. After printing a wing I wanted to try making a airplane. Notice the trying part, it wont fly as is. I do however think someone with more experience and time will be able to make it fly.

You'll need:
2 x 9 gram servos
1 x A power system

What to print

1 x Body.stl
1 x wing.stl in vase mode with 2mm bottom infill. Print the thickest perimeter walls you can.
1 x wint.stl mirrored in vase mode with 2mm bottom infill. Print the thickest perimeter walls you can.
1 x flap.stl
1 x flap.stl mirrored
1 x flap holder.stl
1 x flap holder.stl mirrored

What to buy

4 x M6 screw countersunk to fasten the wings
1 x Some glue to glue the flap holders onto the wings.

Instructions

1. Print everything
2. Glue the flap holders to the wings.
3. Screw the servos in place.
4. Figure out how to mount the motor mount.
5. Screw on the wings while adding the flaps-
6. Have fun, probably crashing , but hopefully enjoying my little project.
