Because I encountered some problems when using the VORON chassis—either missing holes or holes with the wrong diameter—I simply copied the original chassis, removed all the external holes used to install the VESA bracket, and added six additional installation holes to the bottom of the chassis. Now, I'm very satisfied with this new design.
You can easily select a few mei hua nuts as shown in my picture and install the Raspberry Pi anywhere on the printer as you wish.
The required accessories are as follows:
2–3 plum blossom nuts
2–3 screws that are compatible with the Mei Hua nut
4 M2.5×6 screws, used to fix the Raspberry Pi to the bottom of the chassis;
4 M3×20 screws, used to tightly connect the top cover of the chassis to the base.
Please note that when fixing the chassis to the 2020 profile, do not insert spacers inside the chassis. If the spacers cause a short circuit in the circuit, it is likely to damage the Raspberry Pi's circuit interface.
I power the Raspberry Pi through the GPIO's pins 2 and 6.
