I needed a key tag one day for my operating system USB stick and decided that I did not want to venture out into the world (ewww, people....you introverts will be able to relate, right?) to buy a 10 pack when I only needed one.
So I made this. 

The label area is 40x12mm so you can use any standard label printer to label your key tag. 

Nothing exciting or fancy.
