For one reason or another I had a broken wheel on my pressure cleaner. Nothing easier than printing a replacement - so I thought.  As can be seen from the other picture, my click in part also broke. PETG obviously  did not have the required mechanical strength - or incorrect design.  Anyway by replacing the axle part with the click in fingers with a nylon print and securing it to the wheel part with an M5 bolt it seems to be holding thus far. Always remember the bitterness of failure remains long after the sweetness of quick success has been forgotten.
