I used 60% fill but it could be much lower. No strength is required.rnThe mount hole thread can just be manually created using the Stabiliser thread, no requirement for a specifically threaded hole.rnThe 4 small holes are for drainage. The large gaps in the cup allow the archer to finger tighten the weights.
