This is a print-in-place rectangular slot wheel. There's also a peg with the same slot, to make the other side of the bin the same height without requiring 4 wheels.

I am not releasing a version of the wheel that does not say “WHEEEEE” on it; you must use the FreeCAD source files to remove the fun yourself.
