Summary
I bought this cheese knife on amazon:

^prodyne CK-300 cheese knife^
It did not have a sheath, and so it was banging around in our utensil drawer and there was always a chance that you could cut your hand if you reached in to get something. I modeled up this sheath and inserted 3 of my 1/4" x 1/8" neodymium magnets to retain the blade. This worked very well and keeps it contained quite securely.
This was designed in inches, so if you pull it into your slicing software and it looks tiny, you need to convert it from millimetres to inches by multiplying the scale by 25.4. Let me know if you have any questions and POST THOSE MAKES!
