This is a remix of the upper piece of "Amplivibe's E3D v6 for MendelMax".

I narrowed the rounded part of the upper piece by 1mm so it would it sit properly in my X carriage. (Not sure exactly which X carriage I have - it's circa 2011 or 2012.)

Update Oct 29, 2017: It had to shrink the collar clamp too (E3D_holder_for_mendel.stl), otherwise it wouldn't sit flat and flush against the upper neck. You'll want to print both STLs!
