Blocks Zero Bed‑Leveling Test Squares

A quick, single‑layer model that prints three 0.2 mm squares under your Blocks Zero’s leveling screws (front‑left, front‑right, rear‑center) plus an optional center square to check flatness.

Why Use It?

1. Squares are offset 5 mm exactly beneath each screw.
2. Center square reveals any residual twist or bow.
3. Instant Feedback: One‑pass, single‑layer (0.2 mm) shows adhesion and squish immediately.

Workflow

1. Slice 0.2 mm layer height, PLA.
2. Print four tiny squares in under a minute.
3. Run “Level Bed”—nozzle moves to each square.
4. Nozzle drags/rough lines: Lower that corner.
5. Gaps/poor adhesion: Raise that corner.
6. Verify (optional): Check center square for any remaining warp.
