Dual support with floating inner ring requires supports.  I used the paint on supports for the inner ring and the two thin connecting joints.  Select “for support enforcers only”

Use .10mm detail and 15% infill

These settings are for Generic PLA and the model is the proper size format to fit in the Conair Glam
