These clamps are all designed using commercially available standard models. In order to find the most suitable solution for 3D printing materials, I iterated through about 10 design solutions. Between strength and elasticity, I strived to find a perfect balance - not too fragile, but not too stiff either. In the end, I printed using two materials, PLA and PET, and found that the finished product made of PET material worked best.
Fill density: 100%
Layer thickness: 0.15mm
Nozzle diameter: 0.4mm
Consumables specifications: 1.75mm PLA/PET
Supporting structure: Support needs to be added
When removing the clamp, you may need to separate the clamping jaws from each other. You can gently twist the clamping jaws, or use a pair of pliers with a pointed tip to clamp the clamping jaws and open the pliers moderately, thus easily separating the clamping jaws.
