The Cuisinart Burr Grind and Brew bean tray should be removed with each batch of coffee to clean the hopper. It doesn't take long for the lock knob to clog up and results in beans spilling out everywhere. It is impossible to disassemble without this tool. We only need to use it every couple of months, problem is we never remember where we put it :), so it gets reprinted often.
