Found a nice tin box and finally streamlined my travel toolkit. This is probably completely useless to anyone but me, but maybe someone can use it as a template.
The design is optimized to reduce rattling, nothing can fall out and the delicate toolheads are protected. Tools I use most go in the top compartment. Spares, samples and less-used tools go in the bottom.
I glued a magnet to the end of the felt-tip pen to use as a holder for magnetic bases (effectively eliminating another tool). I keep spare needles and accupuncture needles in the compartment in the drop-action pencil.
The bottom part comes in two pieces (otherwise it would actually not be possible to fit it in). Good printer accuracy is necessary, if they bake together just split the print and print everything separately.
