This is a basic poker chip designed for dual-nozzle printing, featuring a classic 39mm diameter and a thickness of 3.3mm. If you want its size to match that of the cheap Chinese-made chips commonly available on the market, you can enlarge the model to 102.56% to achieve a diameter of 40mm.

I originally created this chip mainly to provide a more interesting and design-oriented test piece for my dual-head printing system, which is convenient for daily debugging and calibration. Now, every unsuccessful test print adds a new piece to my "collection library"!
It's particularly worth mentioning that this model performs exceptionally well in detecting the alignment accuracy of the multi-nozzle system - it carefully checks whether there are any gaps between the main structure and the inserts, and ensures that the six outer grooves are flush with the edge of the chips.
