My wife asked me to print her a Sign to hang in the Kitchen that said "DINE". This is what I came up with. I will add a photo once they are hung, of the actual letters -- but I have included a render of the letters in this thing for now.

You could almost definitely use less infill -- I just wanted to be sure my top layers were great. Also, you obviously would want to change filament to contrast the background with the letters. I used a single extruder printer and just paused when the letters started coming up and switched to white, from black, filament.
