This is a sled to hold 20v Bauer Lithium Battery pack. If printed upright with the taper at the top no support should be necessary. Included STL files are the sled rails, terminal block, and a merged STL of the rails and block together. Terminals are 14 guage spade connectors with a 4 mm barrel. I have used to replace Black and Decker Nicad packs that have gone bad by removing the nicad pack for the old shell and gluing the adapter to the bottom of the old pack. Wires are then routed to the terminals in the old pack shell. You should be able to adapt to other similar devices.
