Took one apart to play with and lost the case. It is not perfect but the fit is good. I added 2 holes to the back for some type of mount later on.
The board is held in with hot glue.

I did not use support, but probably should have for the cone. The snap might work better with ABS. PETG is kinda stiff.
Due to not using support the cone wasnt great. I used some bondo to help it out a bit. I then shot some flat black on it. Its not dry in the picture.
