This model provides a table housing for a Wenzhilo Smart Motion Sensor. This device can be purchased from Amazon, AliExpress, and other locations. The model was created for the Zigbee version of the 5.8Ghz mmwave radar but may work for other deivces as well, so long as it has a 75mm diameter body. This sensor is normally ceiling mounted and the model provides a method for wall mounting or or sitting on a table instead. The model consists of two components. The first is the housing itself which provides a protective and finished case for the sensor. The second piece is the base.
To utilize this model, print both pieces. Run an electrical cord through the back of the housing and wire the sensor for power. Remove the two side springs from the sensor. They should just pop off pretty easily. Slide the sensor into the housing, pulling the excess cord out the back hole. Note that there is some play in the housing so the sensor doesn't sit incredibly tight but it's unlikely to fall out either.
To attach the housing to the base, I used 2x ¾" #8 screws. The appropriate holes print in the model. Be careful not to overtighten or risk harming the print material.
Additional required materials are 2x ¾" #8 screws and a replacement lamp power cord. Other cords can be substituted but may not fit the built in hole.
