This is a replacement rear bracket for a bathroom drawer slide. I'm not sure what model slide it is but I think most of these styles are standard so they should fit the kind that use a plastic bracket in the back.

The model here is for the Right Side so if you need the left side, you'll have to mirror the model in your slicer.
