In the year that I've owned my ender 3 v2 neo, I've run into something a few times, which is that the Y axis (the bed) tries to destroy it's limit switch and belt if you have your print bed all the way back, depressing the limit switch when you start a print. The print starts, moves the x axis over to the left, then tries to move the already all the way back print bed back to hit the already depressed limit switch. ^^;
To fix this issue, I've made a simple spring. Just print this out of PLA (I only tested it in pla and I think the stiffness is relevant) and double sided foam stickie it to the belt gear/stepper housing with the little verticle end of the spring at the height of the bed. It will spring the bed off of the limit switch when the bed is pushed all the way back. The spring force isn't so much that it should cause issues while printing. (I've not seen issues in the 6 months I've been using it and I print at 120mm/s most of the time.)
I hope this helps! Also, I've included the fusion file along with the stl in case any one wants to modify it. This may work for other ender 3 v2/v1 models, but I feel like it likely needs modified instead. It was just a happy coincidence that the belt gear housing in the back was in the perfect position for this simple design to work.
Note: in my photo's I have a first revision with some spring cut off. I didn't bother reprinting it once I fixed the model, but the number of spring sections are the same, only with the little “tongue” added to fix a “click” the flat spring was causing during printing.
