can be printed in either flexible or rigid material. hinge is secured with a small length of 1.75mm filament. lid stays closed well enough with the built in friction between top and bottom of oem case.  P.S. top needs to be flipped 180 degrees to print without supports and led charge hole is not only too small for fdm but is also not in the proper location. will continue to improve design with time.
