The guides for my ( cheap) miter saw broke, so I designed replacement parts.
The new guide are much more sturdy, than the orignal ones and a also have a much tighter tolerance.
The main guide, I printed with a 0.28 layer and 0.4 nozzle.
The top guide was printed with a 0.2 layer. The ring can pivot, but need some gentle pursuation to break free
In Cura I have set the Hole Horizontal expansion to 0.1 to have the guides slide without any play.
The 2 parts needs to be connected with a piece M6 threaded rod and 2 nuts. The holes in the guides, have M6 thread printed
