I wanted to increase the bed print size a little bit. So I bought a 220x220 glass sheet and trimmed the corners.
I added countersunk m3 bolts. I was not happy using dial nuts and allen keys.
So I designed these corners. The idea is that they have no slack and the m3 nuts (nylock) need to be squeezed in a bit ( to make mounting easier ).
When you use springs and washers the absence of a top support to hold it in place vanishes.
I would try scaling the stl file rather than fussing with the fscd files.
