This is a design I literally use every day.  I was tired of ice cubes not falling into my water bottle, so created this funnel.  It has a 3" inlet and an outlet with 2" ID and 2 ¼" OD.  I've included the Sketchup file, so you can easily change the ID or OD to suit your bottle.
