Cable guide with two countersink screw-holes sized for #8 drywall screw. Angled cut in perimeter should print with just enough contact to stay connected, but able to break free with an xacto blade if you need to put something into the guide that cannot go through the center (wall-wart, cord which cannot be unplugged, etc).
