This is a mobile hanger with clips that one can move to balance it level.

You can either print items to suspend or get some "do dats" to hang. Be creative.

Once balanced can use the tiniest spot of glue to secure the clips in place, if want, they are a fairly snug fit.

Slide on clips.

Tie your hanging items using thin string or line.

Move clips along the bars to balance hanger level.
