We buy single-serving veggie and applesauce cups for our kids, but with thin peel-off lids, they don't stack well and slide around in the drawer. I designed this simple base plate that can be fitted with dowel rods to fit any drawer height.

Cut the dowels to height, sand the ends, then fit them in the sockets. Dowels aren't always a precise fit, but you can wrap the ends with a layer or two of scotch tape to get a snug fit.

Paired with some foam tape, the base plates will create a stable, stackable organization system.

Created in Fusion 360 and fully defined with user parameters to make it easy to tweak for different size containers, dowels, etc.
