I made this to replace the cheap transparent adhesive back so you have option to put 3M ones or directly screw to wall.

Base thickness is 2mm, the bracket itself is 1.2mm and 1mm on the facia.

Hope this helps you as much as it helped me otherwise I would have scraped all the mop holders.
