Its an adapter for 45mm forkcaps, that are for example on KTM Forks with a 45mm hex (on my SX85 forks). The Top part is for 32mm hex drive that should be available in every toolbox. 

Printed with 100% infill and many Perimeters out of PETG it hold up quite some torque. Most importantly it doesnt damage the fork.
