Summary
The mount from aleknest has been redone to make it capable to adjust the distance between the bottom plane of the sensor and the bed.
Installation:
1) Use the M3 countersunk screw to install the fixed part of the mount on the carriage.
2) Use two M3 screws and self-locking nuts to secure the sensor on the moving part.
3) Set the required distance from the lower plane of the sensor to the surface of the table on the caliper. According to the 3D Touch manual, it should be 8.3 mm. Lock the caliper at this distance.
4) Insert the movable part with the sensor into the groove on the fixed part mounted on the carriage.
5) By moving the Z axis (manually, or by using the steppers control), touch the surface of the bed with a nozzle.
6) Place the caliper vertically on the bed, next to the sensor, move the sensor until its lower plane (lower plane of the sensor's body, not probe!) coincides with the lower plane of the caliper body.
7) Lock the mount at this distance by tightening the short M3 screw in the side hole of the groove.
I recommend print it with PETG 100% fill, 0.2-0.25 layer height.
