Designed to be hot glued to a wall to avoid putting screw holes in the wall. Around 50% chance of ripping off the paint in my experience, so be careful. I found it had a higher chance of coming off cleanly if I pulled with steady pressure and waited for it to pop off. 

Loop has a 20mm diameter.

Obviously not made to support any heavy weight.
