Adapt the Flir E4/E5 camera to use a ~$20 USD ZnSe lens from eBay to enable close up thermal imaging.  I prefer the 100 mm focal length working distance.  The model is designed for a 20 mm diameter, 2.5 mm thick lens.  Print in PLA with 0.20 mm layer heights on a 0.40 mm nozzle.
