Summary
A six position filter wheel to quickly change filters for photography. Useful for additive color, three color photography, or infrared & UV. Currently sized for little 52mm filters.
Includes a safety catch to tie the wheel on in case the main thread connector fails. Pictured used with a thick rubber band.
Includes a slot that a fixed front filter can press-fit into and be held inside the hood. If you wanted to keep a UV/IR cut filter in place in front of visible colors but remove it when doing UV or infrared. One motion removes the hood and filter together.

Notes:
Used supports on the hood and nothing else. The back body part has an undercut but it worked without support. I did print the back body part on blue painter's tape to keep it from warping.
The thread connector might need to be flipped 180° to print.
Post-Printing
Be very carful fitting this to a lens and any other piece of photographic equipment. Don't force things. I wouldn't want you to break your lens or damage the lens' focusing parts. Assemble, smooth, and clean this print off-camera first. Get it working well by hand before working it on camera.
You might paint the inside of the lens hood and any other part of the light path matte black to avoid glare and loss of photographic contrast.
Only requires one M4*20 screw and nut to assemble. Two thin washers (or pieces of cardstock with a hole punched in them) will help reduce friction around the filter wheel.
