Summary

Riser legs/feet for my Ender 5 Plus. It incorporates a 2020 extrusion keyway to lock into the E5+ frame and a recessed hole from the bottom to use the original factory rubber feet screws, washers, and mounting locations. No modifications whatsoever to the printer are required. The allen wrenches provided with the printer are long enough to install the screws with this riser.

Exact dimensions are 30mm x 30mm x 86.3mm

Not designed as the most ideal design for stability if printing in PLA for pushing and pulling around a surface, but I have been very suprised how strong they have been over a couple months enduring all the usual movements when working on your printer.

Designed to provide vertical clearance for relocating the E5+ control box completely underneath the printer to clear the way for the floor panel of a frame-based integrated enclosure.

This likely will work with many 2020 extrusion based printers.

Recommended slicing settings:

Nozzle: 0.4mm
Layer Height 0.28mm
Wall Thickness: 1.6mm (4 lines) or higher
Top surface skin layers: 40
Infill: 50%
Infill: Connect infill lines, use strength focused infill pattern like cubic
Support: none.

Depending on your level of printer/slicer tuning you may need to ream the screw hole with a cordless drill.
