A simple reproduction of a K'NEX bushing (fits standard sized rods). Edges are not rounded like the original, due to laziness.

Print Settings

Notes:

Print it with 2 top/bottom layers, 2 perimeters, or completely solid. It's obviously a very quick print, so no need to fuss over settings.

Note: this is measured "exactly", so it may be a tight fit if your printer's tolerances are off. In my case, they fit but need some help to get past the end of the rod. If you have such issues, check that your printer is dialed-in well.

Measured the original piece with calipers and drew it in SketchUp.
