The first ADS1115 + Voltage divider measure the Voltage.
The second measure over a modified INA282 the Voltagedrop at the Shunt.

The ADS1115 has a resolution of 15 bit +1 for negative Values and a max Samplerate of 860 Sampels/Second each Sensor.
