This bracket mounts via two drilled holes in the front right pillar of your printer - you could probably remove the mounting posts and just glue it, though. Designed for a ~10mm drill size. 

Included is the print file for a bracket which braces against the bottom of the printer, so you can get the holes consistently in the same spot on multiple printers.

The nameplate I ran on a laser cutter, but you could print whatever you like for the front. Included an example DXF with the number 1 for reference.
