UPDATED 10/8/24
Final version, everything works.
Requires permanent cuts to work!
A simpler (slightly heavier), Jolt style priming system to fix a broken stock priming system.
Cut/remove the locking tabs at the bottom of the grip to provide clearance for the new rod.
REQUIRED MATERIALS
*Requires ¼ inch Craft foam for cushion.
Use ASA, Nylon, PLA+, PET, or similar shockproof filament, NO PETG! for the rest.
White lithium grease.
ASSEMBLY
Start by dry fitting the parts to make sure everything works together, sand or reprint as necessary.
Cut out a pad from the foam and glue the cushion on.
Put the original spring and end cap on the handle, insert into plunger. Either cover peg in epoxy and install, or put the peg in dry and apply super glue on top. Whatever you do, seal both ends of the peg airtight.
After everything has cured, install O-ring, lube with white lithium grease, install and enjoy!
PRINT SETTINGS
Print plunger in an upwards orientation. The rod/handle/pin flat on the bed, false fillet down. 3 walls, 8 top layers, 15% infill, 0.16mm layer height.
