This baseball cap is designed to be printed flat and folded together into a hat shape.

The panels and the bands are designed to be printed without any top or bottom layers so that the infill is exposed. Load up the included 3mf files to see these settings in Cura.

• Connect 7 of the band parts together in a line with the pegs pointing upwards.
• Insert the panels into the pegs with the triangle peg at the end of the panel facing down.
• The panels should alternate. This means attaching the panels in the order 1, 3, 5, 7, 2, 4, 6. This makes it so the panels are alternating under and over eachother.
• Before you close the circle of bands you can now melt the panels together at the peg holes for better strength and shape.
