Having picked up a second-hand AC unit with a missing hose and rear filter cover, I search online to no avail, so decided to create my own custom filter cover.

Bought the filter material from Amazon and used the self-adhesive pads to secure it to the inside of the newly printed cover.

My AC unit brand is Challenge, but this model could easily be adapted to suit your needs.

Panel dimensions: 320mmx255mmx15mm

Printed on a Kingroon KP5L with the following settings:

• Normal Quality,
• 0.4 Nozzle and layer height,
• Two walls,
• Two top/Bottom Layers,
• 20% Infill,
• Tree Supports,
• Raft.
