Print with 0.4mm nozzle a few degree hotter bed than usual, otherwise the thin tips can curl up. 
(The green image is a test printed with PLA, but print with PETG, PLA has a tendency to crack under load)

V2 update:
Improved the printability, strength and handling of it. 
Print with PETG, PLA will crack in real world. V2 model with PETG has been field tested!
